We work with your team - HR or operations team members, hiring managers, etc. - to walk them through recruiting and hiring practices that help them build a diverse team that is rooted in your community.

RATES

Having worked for direct service and small organizations, we believe deeply that every organization should have access to affordable talent support and partnership. We also believe that organizations best value and utilize services when they are invested in a shared partnership and recognize the deep value of my colleagues in the field. As a result, we structure every partnership with an organization's budget, capacity, and needs in mind. Together, we set a budget that meets your needs based on an agreed amount set of hours and services, and bill you on a monthly basis on a sliding scale rate (from $125 - $200 per hour) based on your organization's budget.  As a result, projects range from $6,000 - $40,000 based on who you are and how we partner together.

Strategic advice for an organization with a budget of < $1M

$6,000 (40 hours @$150/hr)

  • ​5 hours of strategy and design conversations

  • 10 hours of marketing and outreach planning (includes feedback on existing job posting, sample outreach message and posting suggestions)

  • 25 hours of advice through weekly check ins to ensure you stay on track

 Partnered search for a Director for an organization with a budget of < $1M                                         

 $15,000 (100 hours @$150/hr)

  • ​15 hours of strategy and design conversations that help you map your networks and identify gaps

  • 15 hours of marketing and outreach planning (includes feedback on existing job posting, sample outreach message and posting suggestions and support)

  • 15 hours of research to help you identify relevant individuals and leaders not already in your networks

  • 30 hours of networking and recruiting efforts to help you reach out to and connect with those individuals

  • 25 hours of advice through weekly check ins to ensure you stay on track

Execution of start to finish Executive Director search process for an organization with a >$10M budget 

$45,000 (200 hours @$225/hr)

  • ​20 hours of strategy and design conversations with a broad array of teammates and allies

  • 15 hours of marketing (includes feedback on existing job posting, sample outreach message networks and posting suggestions)

  • 20 hours of research to identify key community sources and potential candidates outside of your existing networks

  • 40 hours of outreach and recruiting calls 

  • 45 hours of vetting of candidates, including application review, initial screening, and in-depth interviews

  • 25 hours of in depth 360-degree reference calls 

  • 10 hours of stewardship and regular communication with candidates, including preparation for interviews and logistics

  • 25 hours of advice through key touch points to ensure we're aligned throughout the search
